Jacket: Wilson Leather [T] || Sweater: Saks Fifth Avenue [T] || Jeans: Ann Taylor [T] || Hat: F21 || Booties: Anne Michelle || Bag: Thrifted
Everything in this outfit with the exception of the booties and hat is a thrift store gem. This is a perfect example of how you do not have to spend a fortune to be stylish. Purchased new, a longer length leather jacket like this would set me back at least two grand. If you add in the 4-ply cashmere sweater and brand-name jeans, the dollars quickly rack up.
Yet the jeans, sweater and bag cost $4 each and the jacket $10. Even if I wore everything just once (believe me, I do not intend to) and tossed it out, the cost per wear would still be significantly cheaper than most items I have bought brand new. You can now see why I am considering thrifting for the whole of 2015, right?
